I’m here to let you know that no matter what you’ve been through, you don’t have to be lost forever. Whether you feel stuck in a traumatic past, held down by depression, or frozen by anxiety, a path to a better future is possible.

Just by being here right now, you’ve already taken your first step forward.

Working with me means having a guide through every step of your journey to healing. I offer a safe and approachable space where you can be yourself and share your story, free from judgement. Together, we will explore where you’ve been, and find the way to where you want to be. This could mean finding the tools you need to better handle life’s challenges, or going deeper to finally process whatever has been holding you back. Whatever you need, I work from a diverse blend of therapies to better help you.

The process

You’re first appointment will be an extended 90-minute session. This is to give us time to explore where you’ve been, what you’ve experienced, and how things are going now, especially what areas you may feel you’re struggling in. I’ll ask a lot of questions, but it ensures I get a good understanding of who you are and your story.

Ready to get the ball rolling? Want more information? The place to start is reaching out to scheduled a free 15-minute consultation with me. This allows you to ask any questions you have, and gives me a chance to learn about what you’re looking for in a therapist. If it’s a good fit on both sides, we’ll schedule your first appointment.

This is where the real work happens! Utilizing your unique plan as our road map, we’ll work together to reach your goals. Whether it’s learning skills, processing trauma, or improving relationships, I’m here to be a guide and supports on your journey to mental wellness.

At your second appointment, we’ll work together to clarify your goals and create your individual plan to get you where you want to be. This includes talking about how we’re going to do the work, including deciding what type(s) of therapy might work best to address your needs.
